Chilli Garlic Prawns



500g large raw prawns (preferably tail-on)

4 cloves garlic - chopped

2 Tbsp Prof's chilli jam

2 Tbsp soy sauce

3 Tbsp olive oil


Place all ingredients in a bowl or plastic bag and mix

Refrigerate for 15 minutes or more

BBQ until just cooked - either on a hot plate or on skewers

Pass around and devour!
